About Me

 I approach therapy with heart, humor and humility. I am woman of European descent and advocate for decolonizing spirituality. I am grateful to continually partner and anti-racist, LGBTQ+ inclusive programs.   I am  committed to and passionate about  trauma-informed intergenerational & intersectional healing.

I was raised on the occupied land of the Piscataway (Maryland).  As a child, my parents illness led me to begin studying traditional approaches to healthcare.

A  graduate of California  Institute of Integral Studies and trained in  Expressive Arts Therapy,   Im an integrative trauma-informed therapist I specializing in working with high sensitivity (HSPs).   My experience  in community mental health includes adolescent and adult inpatient treatment, dual diagnosis,  psychiatric emergency and detention  center.  


My approach is relational and deeply client-centered, rooted in appreciation for the unique unfolding and self-actualization of my clients. I integrate various therapeutic modalities within psychodynamic, attachment-based, eco-therapy,    motivational interviewing, humanistic-existential, self-psychology, family systems, CBT and other evidence-based approach lens.  I also draw from mindfulness, dance/movement and play therapy. 

I live and today practice on unceded Gabrielino-Tongva land.
