About Me
I approach therapy with heart, humor and humility. I am woman of European descent and advocate for decolonizing spirituality. I am committed to and passionate about trauma-informed intergenerational & intersectional healing.
I was raised on the occupied land of the Piscataway (Maryland). As a child, parental illness within my family led me to begin studying traditional approaches to health and wellbeing.
A graduate of California Institute of Integral Studies and trained in Expressive Arts Therapy, I practice integrative trauma-informed therapy specializing in working with high sensitivity (HSPs) and trauma recovery.
My approach is relational and deeply client-centered, rooted in appreciation for the unique unfolding and self-actualization of my clients.

Populations: Children, Transition Age Youth, Adults, Elders, LGBTQ+, Forensic Psychiatric Clients, Substance Use, Dual Diagnosis, Harm Reduction, DSM-V Assessment, Crisis Intervention, Treatment Plans, Progress Notes & Billing, Multidisciplinary Consultation with Medical Treatment Team, Social Justice Advocacy, Specialty in working with Sensory Processing Sensitivity (HSP) and Trauma Recovery.
